- To help get rid of the nausea, one thing you can do is to drink cola. Do not believe on the treatment of drinking the same thing that you drank the night before because this will only let the hangover come back late on the day.
- Eat a dry piece of toast or a banana so that you can have something in your stomach that is not heavy enough for you to throw up. If you are able to keep something down then you will be feeling less pain in the stomach.
- Take a hot steamy bath so that you can sweat it out and release the toxins.
As you can see, this hangover remedies are very easy to do and will not require much thinking. With a hangover, thinking will be the last thing you would want to do. But the best remedy is to prevent it from happening. Limit the amounts of drinks that you have and you will not have to worry about having one in the first place.
