			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Here is another free breathing exercise called the Breath of Fire. This exercise really stimulates the nervous system and produces a great deal of mental clarity. If you are tired or feeling worn out, maybe a little depressed, this exercise will stimulate you.</p>
<p>Sit comfortable with your hand on your belly button (navel), breath in deeply through your nose feeling you hand rise. Once you have filled your lungs quickly exhale pushing your hand towards your spine. Repeat. Do this a few times and then increase the speed of the exercise. Focusing on exhaling as quickly as you can. Continue to quicken the pace of the exercise till you are pumping your stomach like a bellows or sounding like a locomotive. It may appear like you are panting like a dog; however remember to keep the breaths smooth&#8230;quick but smooth. Focus on the exhale and pushing your hand to your spine.</p>

<p>Are you fed-up with dieting? Do you take off two pounds and gain back five? Do you get your hopes up whenever a new &#8220;miracle&#8221; diet arrives on the scene, only to find out that you still aren&#8217;t able to beat your cravings? </p>
<p>What you really need is a diet that lets you take weight off by sitting and watching the television. Think it&#8217;s a flight of imagination? Go on and keep reading.</p>
<p>You have probably read and heard the data: Society is getting fatter than any time in history. From young to old, the stats tell the tale: Obesity is a plague. Why? </p>
<p>There are lots of explanations, but here is one explanation that I don&#8217;t think you have heard: We have been programmed, hypnotized&#8211;if you will&#8211;to get and eat more and larger portions of everything, in particular junk food, sugary soft drinks and fast food.</p>
<p>How did this come to pass? What could possibly have such an influential, insidious result on so many millions of people? The answer is sitting in your living room. It&#8217;s your TV.</p>
<p>Yes, advertisers have slowly and knowlingly hypnotized you. They market their empty calories using the most potent and effective advertising medium ever created: television commercials.</p>
<p>Commercials are carefully crafted to entice and motivate you. They can actually make your mouth water as you watch a sizzling steak being delivered to a table or a succulent candy bar being devoured by an overly happy, and athletic actor.</p>
<p>What is happening to you during these commercials? You are being hypnotized! Your mind is being programmed to want&#8230;even NEED&#8230;a candy bar of your own, right NOW!</p>
<p>The video is zoomed in on the candy bar so it dominates the entire screen. You can almost see every grain of processed sugar, they get so close!</p>
<p>And guess what? You are probably salivating right now, at this very moment, just from this description? Your mind has conjured up images memorized deep in your subconscious when you watched TV commercials long ago. Can you see how potent the video images on television can be? Yes, they can control even your physical reactions!</p>
<p>If you are familiar with hypnosis, then you know that it&#8217;s the alpha level of consciousness. You pass through this daydream like state of mind as you fall asleep at night. And you pass through this daydream like state again as you wake up in the morning. Research has demonstrated that if you watch much TV, you are in this alpha state for two-thirds of your viewing time. What can you do to overcome this programming?</p>
<p>First, of course, you could stop watching television commercials. But what about the programming that advertisers have already embedded in your mind? How do you remove it and reprogram your thoughts? Video hypnosis made you put the weight on, and video weight loss hypnosis will present your solution.</p>

<p>The average person experiences cravings and oral urges for two main reasons: A. When a man feels tense, he feels compelled to put something into his mouth because it provides relaxation and pleasure.</p>

<p>Let us talk about Part &#8220;B&#8221; first. Over seventy percent of our population learns much more quickly and easily by seeing, rather then by what they hear. Think about it: If you feel an urge to eat or smoke when watching TV, it&#8217;s because your subconscious mind recorded the video image of either food in your hand, or a cigarette in your hand, and then associated that image, with the image of the television. From that point on, every time that you watch TV, your unconscious flashes the mental picture of the food or cigarette in your hand, and you experience urges and cravings.</p>
<p>So you have actually &#8220;programmed&#8221; your subconscious mind to make you feel urges and cravings as a &#8220;conditioned response&#8221; to watching television. The same thing happens when you eat in your car, or while on the phone, etc. </p>

It will reprogram your subconscious to have the television (or whatever) trigger subconscious images of you watching the television without eating.</p>

The use of bronchodialators and antiinflammatories such as corticosteroids has been the treatment of choice. However more focus should be given to the underlying cause of asthma. Asthma as a global body allergy.</p>
<p>Personally I have always believed asthma to be a more in depth problem with the immune system in general and allergies is my number one suspect and not just airborne allergies but dietary as well. Well from an article from <a href="http://community.wddty.com/blogs/lynnemctaggart/archive/2007/10/09/The-problem-with-asthma-treatments.aspx" target="_blank">What Doctors Don&#8217;t Tell You by Lynn McTaggert</a>, - After analyzing the medical records of nearly 200,000 asthma sufferers, Denver epidemiologists noticed a clear association between steroid use for asthma and the incidence of pneumonia.</p>
<p>OK so using onventional treatments are making asthma patients worse. Well how about looking into the underlying problem discovering what is causing the asthma in the first place. Considering the large and growing amount of anecdotal evidence suggesting that lifestyle changes can drastically improve asthma sufferers breathing and that breathing exercises such as the ones I promote here &#8212;><a href="http://healingkinetics.com/free-breathing-exercises">Free Breathing Exercises</a> are helping asthma sufferers; I believe more doctors should be researching alternatives, instead of just prescribing pharmaceuticals. </p>

<p>The University of Oregon compared the health of two groups of students. Some of the students were given a week of training in IBMT, while the others were taught basic relaxation techniques. What they found afterwards showed that the IBMT group had significantly greater improvement in focus and attitude. The students energy increased, while anxiety, depression, and anger levels went down.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>One of the biggest obstacles to staying on track for fitness is losing motivation. People are just starting an exercise program can find themselves quickly tired of the same routine. Keeping exercise appealing and maintaining a good fitness perspective is key to long-term success.</p>
<p>If you have to watch the exact same episode of your favorite television show every day for the rest of your life, you would probably be banging your head against the wall by the end of the week. You would change the channel, pick up a book, or do anything you could to avoid something you once enjoyed.</p>
<p>Yet, many people starting on a fitness program feel compelled to follow the same routine, day after day after day, and consequently fall off the exercise wagon due to sheer boredom.</p>
<p>SO the easy answer to this is find a motivator. But the harder question is what motivates you or what steps can you take to feel more motivated about your fitness program. Here are three things you can do to improve your motivation and prevent fitness program boredom.</p>
<p>The most expensive - find yourself a fitness trainer. Fitness trainers are actually those who are expert in analyzing and creating a fitness program that is right for you. They are the ones who will calculate your appropriateness to a certain program with regards to your fitness level, create the program according to your specific needs, and keep you stimulated and inspired by giving you activities that will not bore you.</p>
<p>The problem most do not follow the fitness program I have here with just bodyweight calisthenics, many are expensive and not all fitness trainers are created equal&#8230;some stink at it.</p>
<p>The other two choices that I prefer&#8230;</p>
<p>Do not do the same thing everyday. Now you noticed that my program has me doing a similar thing on the same day, high intensity on one day followed by restful day the next followed by an increasing level of training until I reach the high intesity day again and then starting over. However I do not do the exact same thing everyday or even the same thing every week. I mix and match my exercises. You can also create games with the exercises - Matt Furey&#8217;s Bible is nothing more than a deck of cards - you can create the same thing yourself by using a regular deck of cards choosing a specific exercise and doing that exercise the number of times as is shown on the card as you flip the cards over one by one. Heck you can pick four different exercises and when a specific suit appears you do the exercise associated with that suit and do it the number of times on the card. If you are creative you can find other games to play to keep your fitness program interesting.</p>
<p>The third thing that you can do is work with your motivation externally. Meaning keep your mind focused on your goal while working out. Imagine yourself being in the condition you want to be. Keep your focus before and after your workout on what you want to achieve. If it is a passionate vision for you then you will need no other motivation. Remember the purpose of your fitness program and the need to remain persistent to achieve your goal/dream. Your motivation will come for your burning desire to be in the best shape of your life.</p>

Now I am telling you this just because it is a promotion I am not an affiliate, although I should be with all the promotion I give to him&#8230;LOL. I do not even belong to the inner circle so I can not tell you what is going on inside. I guess I am not in need of that kind of motivation - I use his exercises from Combat Conditioning and get great results,  so I do not need to go any further. I am satisfied with the fitness part of my life. However, with the cost of Combat Conditioning at $29.95 for the book or $129 for the book and DVDs, I think it is a bargain to try out his Inner Circle Membership for one month at $29.95. If you don&#8217;t like it, then cancel and keep the book and DVDs and the Exercise deck.</p>
<p>So like I said I am promoting this only because I think it is a great deal. I have no affiliation and I am not a member of the inner circle - the Combat Conditioning Program is one that I use and I think you should too.</p>

<p>Breathing Exercises when done with meditation and/or relaxation techniques can really help bring your mind to a heightened state of awareness. Basically the increase in Oxygen to your brain allows it to process faster. It fuels your mind.</p>
<p>Breathing Exercises can also improve your spirit, whether you are Christian, Buddist, Hindu, Muslim, Jewish, or even atheist. If you do breathing exercises while praying or again with relaxation techniques you will feel an enlightened sense of awareness. You will feel much lighter and overall good! For you atheists I can explain that chemically the breathing exercises release seratonin which makes you feel good thus raising your spirits. IF you are depressed this helps immensely, because it can raise your seratonin levels without the need for medication.</p>

In fact, action and patience can go hand in hand, because sometimes you have to have patience to see the results of your action but that does not mean you should stop either one of them.</p>
<p>The Chinese have a symbol called Te which stands for Virtue in Action, Tom the TRCoach, has a great post on his blog about <a href="http://trcoach.com/2007/08/31/personal-development-or-virtue-in-action/" target="_blank">personal development</a> in which he discusses the meaning of Te.
