YES! OK, you know that I use Matt Furey’s Combat Conditioning in my daily calisthenics. You also know that I think Matt is a great mentor. I have promoted his Combat Conditioning program on here before. Well he just started a promotion to launch the new look to his website - mattfurey.com

I guess I am not in need of that kind of motivation - I use his exercises from Combat Conditioning and get great results, so I do not need to go any further. I am satisfied with the fitness part of my life. However, with the cost of Combat Conditioning at $29.95 for the book or $129 for the book and DVDs, I think it is a bargain to try out his Inner Circle Membership for one month at $29.95. If you don’t like it, then cancel and keep the book and DVDs and the Exercise deck.

So like I said I am promoting this only because I think it is a great deal. I have no affiliation and I am not a member of the inner circle - the Combat Conditioning Program is one that I use and I think you should too.
