You will find that the free breathing exercises I offer are geared to improve your body. Help you lose weight, improve your health and just plain old get some oxygen into your body. However, breathing exercises are also good for your mind and spirit.
Breathing Exercises when done with meditation and/or relaxation techniques can really help bring your mind to a heightened state of awareness. Basically the increase in Oxygen to your brain allows it to process faster. It fuels your mind.
Breathing Exercises can also improve your spirit, whether you are Christian, Buddist, Hindu, Muslim, Jewish, or even atheist. If you do breathing exercises while praying or again with relaxation techniques you will feel an enlightened sense of awareness. You will feel much lighter and overall good! For you atheists I can explain that chemically the breathing exercises release seratonin which makes you feel good thus raising your spirits. IF you are depressed this helps immensely, because it can raise your seratonin levels without the need for medication.
