Asthma as a global body allergy

Asthma is a problem with inflammation in the lungs, causing a restriction of air passageways. This has been the focus of the medical profession for years. The use of bronchodialators and antiinflammatories such as corticosteroids has been the treatment of choice. However more focus should be given to the underlying cause of asthma. Asthma as a global body allergy.
Personally I have always believed asthma to be a more in depth problem with the immune system in general and allergies is my number one suspect and not just airborne allergies but dietary as well. Well from an article from What Doctors Don’t Tell You by Lynn McTaggert, - After analyzing the medical records of nearly 200,000 asthma sufferers, Denver epidemiologists noticed a clear association between steroid use for asthma and the incidence of pneumonia.
OK so using onventional treatments are making asthma patients worse. Well how about looking into the underlying problem discovering what is causing the asthma in the first place. Considering the large and growing amount of anecdotal evidence suggesting that lifestyle changes can drastically improve asthma sufferers breathing and that breathing exercises such as the ones I promote here —>Free Breathing Exercises are helping asthma sufferers; I believe more doctors should be researching alternatives, instead of just prescribing pharmaceuticals.
Just my two cents.
